These terms govern your use of aurinestpavilion.shop and any order you place on it. The site is operated by Aurinest Pavilion, a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, trading online as Aurinest Pavilion. By browsing or ordering you accept what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.
1. Who you are dealing with
Aurinest Pavilion is a sole proprietorship registered in India and operating entirely online — there is no physical shop, studio counter or showroom open to the public. Our registered address is 111/222, Vijay Path, Jhalana Chhod, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. These terms are read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and legally able to enter a contract in India. You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep the password to yourself: activity under your login is treated as yours. Tell us at once if you think it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our returns process, or attempts to interfere with the site.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We sell Painting & Drawing materials. Specifications on a product page — paper weight, sheet count, piece count, dimensions, coverage — are listed as published by the manufacturer of that item. Screens differ, so a colour swatch on your monitor is an indication, not a colour match. Where a product photograph shows a prop or a styling item that is not part of the sale, the description says what is included.
We do not claim to be an authorised distributor of any third party, and we do not offer a manufacturer’s warranty on the items we sell. What we offer instead is our own remedy for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete — set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept cards or PayPal. Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free, and a flat ₹59 applies below that. Prices and offers can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. If a price or description is displayed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than supply on the wrong terms.
5. Orders, acceptance and our right to refuse
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, a price was wrong, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, payment cannot be verified, or the order pattern suggests fraud. Where we cancel, we refund in full within 5 to 7 business days. We may also limit quantities per customer.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Handling takes 1 business day and transit 2 to 7 business days, giving 3 to 8 business days in total; estimates are not guaranteed. You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on unused goods in original packaging with the invoice, and approved refunds are processed within 6 business days. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy the catalogue systematically, to introduce malicious code, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with other users, or to attempt access to parts of the site that are not public. We may withdraw access for any of these.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography, graphics and logo on aurinestpavilion.shop belong to Aurinest Pavilion and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or use our content commercially without written permission. Third-party names or marks that appear in a product description remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe what an item is.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to a courier’s tracking page or another external site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
The site and the goods are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or from any delay in delivery. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Indemnity
You agree to keep us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
12. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented by an event outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, strikes, government restriction and courier-network failure.
13. Grievance redressal
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. No other country’s law or forum applies.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when the order was placed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
